The Access Control Tracking System (ACTS) software is a sophisticated access control software for Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI), available embedded in TagMaster long-range Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) readers. This integrated solution eliminates the need for all external access control hardware and software, offering significant savings for installation.
As a reader embedded software, ACTS provides all access control functionality including gate control, real-time event reporting, storage of personnel access lists, scheduling, database storage, and custom report generation. ACTS is administered exclusively through the web-enabled interface via any standard web browser.

The reader hardware contains an Ethernet (TCP/IP) interface for connection to the internet and additional industry standard interfaces for connection to barriers/gates, personnel access control keypads, and induction loop vehicle detectors. Linking multiple readers together offers anti-passback capability, often a requirement in high security environments.

ACTS Essential offers enhanced features such as anti-passback capability, customizable schedules and reports and a web-enabled interface. ACTS Advanced offers enhanced features such as data integration and reversible lane control integrated with traffic light using a web-enabled interface. ACTS Enterprise is fully scalable, offering enhanced features such  as LiveCam, events notification, detailed reports, and multiple location management. ACTS Handheld is used to scan tags to verify the validity and correct location of the vehicle and is fully compatible with an existing ACTS Essential database.
