Announcing a New Addition to the LR-6 Family
Following the successful launch of the LR-3 and LR-6 readers, TagMaster has released the LR-6 XL , the newest product in the LR family
of TagMaster RFID readers Gen 4. The LR-6XL is a versatile all purpose 2.45 GHz RFID reader with a read-range up to 33 feet. The reader can be configured and controlled via the Ethernet interface, either locally or remotely via an Internet connection and supports several standard interfaces including Ethernet (TCP/IP), RS232, RS485 and Wiegand.

TagMaster selected for valet parking at the Venetian Macao
Stockholm, Sweden
- September 6 2007 - The official opening of The Venetian Macao, the world’s largest casino located in Macao China, took place in the beginning of September. TagMaster’s partner in Hong Kong, Parking Systems Ltd., has won the order for the vehicle access control system. Parking Systems Ltd. has installed the SkiData Parking System integrated with TagMaster’s RFID system at the Venetian’s garage. TagMaster RFID-tags are used to streamline the “Valet parking service” offered by The Venetian. Guests hand over their cars to the parking service staff, which use the TagMaster ID-tag to get fast and convenient access to the casino’s garage.

Swedish Airports equipped with TagMaster AVI Systems

- August 28 2007 - Swedish Airport Authority is deploying radio frequency identification (RFID) tags in taxi fleets to monitor and manage demand on behalf of arriving passengers who need transport away from the airport. The TagMaster system has been integrated with the SkiData access control system at the Ängelholm and Bromma Airports, allowing taxi companies convenient access to the pick-up terminals. This way the travelers can feel safe and avoid unauthorized taxi business due to the fact that only authorized taxis are allowed to pick up people at the airport
